1lee Terms and Conditions — Rules That Protect Every Player

General Rules

Welcome to 1lee. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "you," "your") and 1lee ("1lee," "we," "us," "our") governing your access to and use of the 1lee platform available at 1lee.ws, including all games, betting services, promotions and any other features offered through the platform.

By registering an account, making a deposit or using any part of 1lee's platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. Eligibility

To register and use a 1lee account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must be registering for your own personal use and not on behalf of any other person or entity.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register or have previously been excluded from 1lee or any affiliated platform.
• You must not be an employee, director, contractor or close associate of 1lee or any of its service providers.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to your place of residence.
• You must be using your own payment methods — not those belonging to another person.

If 1lee discovers at any time that you do not meet or no longer meet the eligibility requirements above, 1lee reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account, void any open bets, and withhold any balances pending investigation.

Your 1lee Account

3.1 Registration

To use 1lee's gaming services, you must register an account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current information including your full name, date of birth, mobile number and any other details requested. You must not use false identity information, another person's details, or a fictitious identity.

3.2 One Account Per Player

Each individual may hold only one active 1lee account. If 1lee detects that a player holds multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, mobile numbers or payment details — all duplicate accounts will be closed. Balances from duplicate accounts may be forfeited and any winnings generated through bonus abuse across multiple accounts will be voided.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 1lee username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. 1lee will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure. 3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

1lee may require you to complete identity verification at any point — including before processing withdrawals. This is a standard Know Your Customer (KYC) process. You may be asked to provide a copy of a valid identity document (CNIC), proof of address, or proof of ownership of the payment method used. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension or withdrawal delays.

3.5 Inactive Accounts

An account that has not had any login activity for 12 consecutive months is considered inactive. 1lee reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee of Rs 200 per month to inactive accounts with a positive balance. You will be notified by email prior to any fee being applied. The inactivity fee will not reduce your balance below zero.

Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

1lee accepts deposits via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer and Visa/Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. All deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name — third-party deposits are not accepted. Deposits are credited to your 1lee wallet in Pakistani Rupees as soon as they are confirmed by the payment provider, which is typically instant for Easypaisa and JazzCash.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposits wherever possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes of request submission, subject to verification requirements. 1lee does not charge fees on standard withdrawal transactions. Withdrawals will only be processed to accounts that have successfully completed identity verification.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

• You must have wagered your deposit amount at least once before withdrawing, unless 1lee waives this requirement in writing.
• Bonus funds and winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to specific wagering requirements detailed in each promotion's terms.
• 1lee reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving any withdrawal.
• Withdrawals that cannot be verified within 72 hours of request may be cancelled and returned to your balance.

Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your account carry a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before those funds or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement is stated clearly in each bonus offer and is expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 20× means you must wager the bonus amount 20 times). For example, a Rs 1,000 bonus with a 20× wagering requirement requires Rs 20,000 in qualifying bets before withdrawal is permitted.

5.2 Bonus Eligibility

• Welcome bonuses are available to new players on their first deposit only.
• Each player is eligible for each specific promotion only once, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses are available to players who meet the stated eligibility criteria — typically a verified account and a qualifying deposit within the promotional period.
• Players must opt in to bonuses before making a qualifying deposit unless the bonus is automatically credited.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to abuse or exploit 1lee's bonus system is strictly prohibited. This includes but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, making deposits solely to collect a bonus with no genuine intent to play, placing hedging bets designed to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, or colluding with other players to exploit promotional mechanics. 1lee reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel winnings and close accounts where bonus abuse is detected.

5.4 Bonus Expiry

Bonuses not claimed within the stated promotional period will expire automatically. Bonus funds that are credited but not wagered within 30 days of credit will also expire, unless a different timeframe is stated in the specific promotion's terms.

Gameplay Rules

1lee offers a range of gaming products including live casino games (Roulette, Teen Patti, Baccarat), sports and PSL betting, jackpot slots and crash games. Each game or betting market has its own specific rules which are displayed within the game interface. By participating in any game or bet on 1lee, you confirm that you have reviewed and understood the applicable game rules.

6.1 Minimum and Maximum Bets

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games at 1lee. These limits are displayed in the game lobby and within each game interface. 1lee reserves the right to change bet limits at any time. The applicable limit at the time a bet is placed will govern that bet.

6.2 Disconnection and Technical Errors

In the event of a disconnection or technical fault during a game round, 1lee will use commercially reasonable efforts to resolve the situation. Where a game round was in progress at the time of disconnection, the outcome will be determined based on the game's internal record. 1lee is not liable for connectivity issues on the player's side. If a technical error causes an incorrect result to be displayed, 1lee reserves the right to void the bet and return stakes.

6.3 Betting Integrity — PSL and Sports

All bets placed on 1lee's sports and PSL betting markets must reflect genuine wagers on outcomes. Suspicious betting patterns, matched betting, arbitrage strategies designed to guarantee profit regardless of outcome, or any other activity that 1lee deems to undermine betting market integrity may result in bet cancellation and account review.

Player Conduct

1lee expects all players to conduct themselves respectfully and within the rules of the platform at all times. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Using abusive, offensive, threatening or discriminatory language in live chat or any communication with 1lee staff or other players.
• Attempting to cheat, hack, reverse-engineer or otherwise compromise any part of the 1lee platform.
• Using automated tools, bots or software to place bets or interact with the platform without human input.
• Colluding with other players in live dealer games to gain an unfair advantage.
• Sharing account access with another person or allowing a third party to operate your account.
• Placing bets using payment methods that do not belong to you.
• Initiating chargebacks on deposits made to 1lee without first attempting to resolve the matter through 1lee's support team.

Breach of any conduct rule may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance and, where appropriate, referral to relevant authorities.

Account Termination

11.1 Termination by You

You may close your 1lee account at any time by contacting support at support@1lee.ws. Before closure, any pending withdrawals will be processed to your registered payment method. Any active bonuses will be cancelled. Account closure does not constitute acceptance of any outstanding liability to 1lee.

11.2 Termination by 1lee

1lee reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any of these Terms or any game-specific rules.
• Fraudulent activity, identity fraud or use of another person's payment methods.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable period.
• Behaviour that 1lee deems harmful to the integrity of the platform or other players.
• Regulatory requirements or instructions from a relevant authority.

Where an account is closed by 1lee due to a breach, any balance may be withheld pending investigation. Where no breach is established, any genuine balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method.

Amendments to These Terms

1lee reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 1lee will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification. The revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.

Your continued use of 1lee following the effective date of any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
