We receive only a tokenised transaction reference and the amount of the PKR transaction.

Transaction records — including amounts, dates, payment method types and outcomes — are retained by 1lee for a minimum of five years as required for financial record-keeping and anti-money-laundering compliance. These records are used only for account management, dispute resolution and regulatory reporting purposes.

If a payment dispute arises, 1lee may share the relevant transaction reference with the payment provider to investigate and resolve the issue. This is limited to what is strictly necessary to resolve the dispute.

Data Retention

1lee retains personal data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period thereafter, consistent with the purposes for which the data was collected and any applicable legal retention obligations. Specific retention periods are as follows:
